Nitrogen Generator Technologies
Our equipment incorporates advanced nitrogen membrane technology and pressure swing adsorption (PSA) systems.
- Membrane Technology uses selective permeation to separate nitrogen from atmospheric air using hollow fibers.
- Pressure Swing Adsorption enables the generation of high-purity nitrogen gas by adsorbing oxygen under variable pressure using a carbon molecular sieve.
These technologies are tailored for projects requiring efficient, mobile, and cost-effective site nitrogen production.
On-Site Nitrogen: A Better Alternative to Delivered Gas
Unlike bulk N₂ delivery, our on-site generators produce nitrogen gas directly from atmospheric air via membrane technology or pressure swing adsorption systems. That means:
- No cylinder handling or refills
- Reduced emissions and truck traffic
- Uninterrupted gas supply, even in remote environments
- Long-term rental or purchase options available
Our generators are powered by compressed air and supported by feed air compressors and high pressure boosters to ensure constant, efficient performance.
